I Hope you are doing well.  Thanks again for everything and for another wonderful Golden!   Bailey is doing just great and fits right in with everyone here.  She's claimed John as her favorite person in the world and they frequently are found cuddling together on the couch.... Guess the "new dog" has turned out to be okay!  Wishing you all a wonderful Holiday Season!

Dear Susan and Steven

Your new pups are looking great!  Timber is doing awesome.  We've been hitting it hard again this year, living over in Bozeman, MT now.  Some ducks, sharptails, huns and pheasants.  Made it down to Kansas for thanksgiving and ended up coming home with a bag limit for 7 guys!  That's a lot of pheasants in the freezer!  Timber had some great flushes and retrieves and is completely crazy for hunting this 3rd season.  We're thinking next year we might need another one.  You'll have to let us know if you do a repeat breeding.

Happy Holidays!

Sunshine Maize Melland "Maize"   10 years old

No signs of slowing down, still recklessly runs through woods and field.  Maize loves the snow ...we wear our arms out throwing snowballs.  She is an incredible athlete, there hasn't been a frisby born that she can't run down!  Thank you for her.  I don't know if we will ever have another animal that will influence and fill our lives as much as she has.

Sunshine "Windy" CGC  12 years old

Windy was obviously bred for field work with her high drive, alertness and focus.  She is a retired search and rescue dog and a therapy dog.   She also loves chasing the Frisbee.  She is still a healthy, happy dog with more gray around her muzzle and eyes than in the pictures.  She has done everything I have asked of her with enthusiasm and loyalty - she is a cherished member of our family.  She is in a "Tales With Tails" program where she helps kids with reading disabilities develop their confidence by reading to a dog (I tell the kids she can listen better with her eyes closed).

Happy holidays to you.
