If you have reviewed the litter information or information on a young or started puppy and are interested in acquiring a puppy, please read our Puppy Purchase Contract to be certain you find it acceptable.   The contract includes our Health Warranty and the responsibilities of puppy owners.  Our puppies are chosen by qualified performance homes, service dog homes, then with hunting and pet homes.

• If you are interested, you should first drop us an e-mail or call to let us know of your interest to establish a place on our puppy waiting list.

• You should then complete our Puppy Buyer Questionnaire.  The information you provide on the Questionnaire will be used to determine those homes that meet our qualifications for a puppy.  For those qualified, the information will also assist us in selecting a puppy that is the best fit for you.  We do reserve the right to refuse to place a puppy with any one that does not meet our qualifications.  Our main concern is finding wonderful homes for our puppies.  You may be that person.

• If you do meet our requirements for a Sunshine Golden puppy, we will request a deposit of half of the purchase price of the puppy to hold a place on the puppy list.  We only take deposits after conception.  If we do not have enough puppies or enough of the sex requested, we will certainly refund the deposit.  If you change your mind after the puppies are born or fail to provide payment in full when requested, the deposit is will not be refunded.
